The Spruces & COVID-19
For the safety of you and your guests, and in accordance with New York State Guidelines, we ask that:
1. No person attends any event who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
2. No person attends any event who has experienced any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days: cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, fever or chills, new loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, fatigue, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
3. No person attends any event who has knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
In the event of a change in laws and/or regulations as they relate to COVID-19, we reserve the right to limit guest count, postpone, and/or cancel an event in accordance with local, state and federal laws as well as updated recommendations from the CDC. In this unlikely event, we will work with you proactively and transparently to determine the best and safest course of action for all. If at that time you have already paid your full event fee, everything except your deposit will be refunded to you, and your deposit can be applied to any future open date in our calendar.
DOING OUR PART
Here at The Spruces, there is plenty of space for you and your guests to practice social distancing in the great outdoors, hundreds of yards from any neighbors.
We provide hand sanitizer, hand soap, and disposable hand towels at various locations throughout the property.
We work hard to ensure that all furniture, handles and high-contact surfaces and objects are cleaned and sanitized daily and directly before any event.
We practice social distancing, masking, and sanitizing, and require that our visitors and vendors do the same.
We politely ask that you hold your guests to those same standards as well.
