The Spruces & COVID-19
Doing Our Part
We're a place for gathering. We need you to be safe and healthy so that you can focus on having a good time. We take our commitment to the health and well-being of our community seriously. As such, we won't have any events that aren't both compliant with health and safety regulations, and safe for all of us. We're itching for a party just like the rest of you.
Luckily, here at The Spruces, there is plenty of space for you and your guests to practice social distancing in the great outdoors, hundreds of yards from any neighbors. Our grounds are spacious and private, and our focus on smaller outdoor events keeps us in line with proven best practices.
We provide hand sanitizer, hand soap, and disposable hand towels at various locations throughout the property. We work hard to ensure that all furniture, handles and high-contact surfaces and objects are cleaned and sanitized daily and directly before any event.
We practice social distancing, masking, and sanitizing, and require that our visitors and vendors do the same.
We politely ask that you hold your guests to those same standards as well.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request a 30% deposit in order to hold any specific date. If any regulatory or health-related COVID-19 action forces the details of your event to change, we'll work with you openly and transparently in order to pull off the event of your dreams, either with different parameters or on a different date. If you determine that a change of date is necessary, any paid deposit can be applied to any open date on our calendar.
If you choose not to reschedule, and instead to cancel your event completely, your initial deposit will be forfeited, but any additional payments already made will be refunded to you.
