If you were to trace our lineage, you'd find us first in Erica's hometown of Los Angeles, where we created and ran a friendly neighborhood non-profit Music & Arts venue, The Outpost, from 2009 to 2015. During that time we planned and hosted hundreds of parties, weddings, art openings, film screenings, concerts, and other private events...and we had a lot of fun doing it.

​Then we spent a handful of years in Chris's hometown of Chicago, diving head-first into the restoration of a classic early-1900s three-flat, Kimball House, in the historic neighborhood of Logan Square.

And that brings us here, to The Hudson Valley, to the Great American City of Newburgh, New York, and to The Spruces Estate. Here we are bringing our passions and our pasts together to restore and reinvigorate this historic estate and create a space for our community to come together in celebration.
